Buddy can you spare...a friend??

Lia gets plenty of socialization. Really. She goes to school 5 days a week and her weekends are packed with dance class and friend fun. So you can imagine my surprise when I discovered that she converted the newel post into an imaginary friend. Complete with a hat and jewelry. And she provided refreshments (note the cup tucked nicely in beside the scarf). Someone (okay it was really just my mom) once told me that children who create imaginary friends have high I.Q.'s.

So should I schedule Lia for a Mensa evaluation or does she just need a few extra play dates?? :-)

Love it!!!
And, I'm glad I'm not alone...Lily is the SAME way. I guess we are both mommas to girls with really high IQ's. hehe

Oh, that is so cute. She just wanted someone to play with for a little bit. I can't believe she put a necklace on it. You have to love a girl who can accessorize~

Reminds me of a little girl I once knew who had a friend named Pawnee... He did some bad things that Pawnee.....Hope Lia's new friend is a little more well behaved.

I laughed out loud when I saw the picture!! Very cute and very bright your little one!! Em has a google of imaginary friends (she's 6!!!) but has all the way growing up and yes, it is a sign of a wonderful imagination and total smartness:)

Now, what is her friend's name? I'd call her Slim, she is lookin' good!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Love,
Heather
